    Thai Fried Bananas or Kluay Tod is a traditional Thai dessert and popular snack in Thailand that is essentially made from ripe bananas dipped in flour, then deep fried to make it crispy. These fried bananas are slightly sweet, but crunchy and delicious. Cooking instruction : 1. Combine flour, cold water, grated coconuts together. Then add white sesame and stir well 2. Heat oil to 170C 3. Dip bananas into the mixed batter Fry (make sure bananas are sub-merged into the oil) until crisp and golden brown 4. Ready to serve Tips : Mixing flour with cold water will help longen the crispness
