QUALIFICATION

The company that is qualified for applying for TMARK needs to meet the requirements below

1. Legal entity registered as a member of the 4 types of exporters, namely - Exporter Lists (EL)

  • Exporter List (EL)
  • Pre-Exporter (Pre-EL)
  • Trading Company (TDC)
  • Pre Trading Company (Pre-TDC )

2. Certification of domestic standards and / or international standards With the following conditions

  • 2.1 For products and services with specified standards, applicants must be certified domestically and / or internationally.
  • 2.2 For gems and jewelry, applicants must receive a Buy with confidence (BWC) certification from the Gem and Jewelry Institute of Thailand. (Public Organization) (GIT)
  • 2.3 For certain groups of products that do not have standard requirements such as fashion products (clothing / leather / fake jewelry) and home decoration products, applicants can submit supporting documents as follows
    • Request a certificate from reliable customers / importers
    • Request a certificate from related associations by specifying that the product meets the standard that is accepted in that country

3. Products and services that originate domestically with the following conditions

  • 3.1 A product and service that is originated in the country (A product manufactured in Thailand / with a factory in Thailand) or
  • 3.2 A product that imports raw materials from abroad for production in Thailand and / or create additional value / create brands for export or

4. Green Industry Certification (Green Industry) Applicants must be certified with the green industry standard, at least , level 2, Green Operation. From the Ministry of Industry.   Detail

5. Thai Labor Standard Certification (TLS 8001 - 2010) Applicants must be certified at least basic Thai labor standards from the Ministry of Labor, Detail

6. The operation that is cared about social impact. The applicant must fill out the self-assessment form regarding operations and social impact in accordance with the CSR-DIW guidelines. The implementation of CSR-DIW guidelines of the Ministry of Industry must be not less than 4 items (from 7 items)

7. Trade value wise Applicants must declare the export value 5 years back, the average annual value must not less than 3 million baht or the domestic sales value of 5 years backward, not less than 5 million baht

What is Thailand trusk mark?

In the marketing world, big words and bold graphics are tossed around to entice customers. However, in the international trade arena where quality is paramount, one needs to be able to look beyond advertising campaigns and find a reliable means to measure merit. No matter how one defines quality, it is always reassuring to have a benchmark that can gauge the essence of excellence. To facilitate this process, Thailand Trust Mark was created under the Royal Thai Government, through the Department of International Trade Promotion, Ministry of Commerce. corporate value i.e.
  • 1. A corporation registered as an export member of the DITP in 5 categories including Exporter Lists (EL), Pre-Exporter (Pre-EL), Trading Company (TDC), Pre-Trading Company (Pre-TDC), and DITP SMEs Club.
  • 2. Certified by national and/or international standards for products and services that can be governed by such standards. For products from certain categories that have on governing standards such as fashion and home decorating items, Thailand Trust Mark applicants can submit the following supporting documents that assure the quality of products recognized in their respective county:
    • 2.1 Customer/importer certificate of reference letter
    • 2.2 Relevant association certificate
  • 3. Certified under the Green Industry Standard - 2nd level
  • 4. Certified under Thai Labour Standard TLS 8001-2010
  • 5. Must complete the CSR in Process self-assessment form
  • 6. Export value over the past 5 years must have exceeded 3 million bath on average per annum, or domestic sales value over the past 5 years must have exceeded 5 million bath.
